14-Day Return Window 

We offer a 14-day return policy worldwide. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility 

Because eye masks are personal care items, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original, unopened packaging for hygiene reasons. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@safe-harbor.fr

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. (Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.)

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if your eye mask is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@safe-harbor.fr
