How long does delivery take?

Yes. Orders are typically delivered within 5–9 business days after processing. All orders are shipped from our EU warehouse.

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes. We offer free delivery on all orders within EU.

When will my order be shipped? 

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Will I receive a tracking number? 

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

How do I charge the radio if there is no electricity?

There are three ways to power the radio without a wall outlet:

  • Solar Power: Place it in direct sunlight to charge.
  • Hand Crank: Turn the handle to generate power manually.
  • Batteries: You can also use standard AAA batteries (if your model supports them) or the built-in rechargeable battery.

Can this radio charge my mobile phone?

Yes! The radio has a USB output port. You can plug in your phone's charging cable and use the hand crank or the internal battery to give your phone a "boost" charge during an emergency.

What radio stations can I listen to?

Our radio picks up AM, FM, and WB (Weather Band) stations. This ensures you can listen to music, daily news, and important emergency weather alerts from local authorities.

Is the radio waterproof for outdoor use?

The radio is water-resistant (IPX3), which means it can handle light rain or splashes. However, it should not be submerged in water. It is perfect for camping, hiking, or keeping in your car.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order? 

Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

What if my order arrives damaged?
